Moeves executives werent releasing their parking spots when they werent coming to the office, which meant those spots remained empty and couldnt be used by other employees. Moeve wanted to create video pieces to display on screens located in the executive offices area and also send directly to those involved, to raise awareness about the importance of freeing up unused parking spaces.

Whats the most ridiculous thing you could find in a parking spot? A pool float? A couch? A go-kart? Close, but not quite as ridiculous as something even more absurd: that its completely empty.
