2. What data we process and why
Contact form and emails: your name, email address and the content of your message, to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote or manage our working relationship.
Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects statistical information about how the website is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location). See our Cookie policy for details.

Your consent, when you send the contact form or email us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract, when you request a quote or we work together (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Your consent for analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are kept for up to one year after the last contact. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting and tax records).
5. Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We work with these service providers, who only access the data they need:
Framer B.V. (Netherlands): website and contact form hosting.
Our email provider: management of the ideas@krausen.agency mailbox.
Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Vimeo: video playback on the website.
Google and Vimeo may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing ideas@krausen.agency with the subject “Data protection”.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
7. Security and minors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This website is not aimed at children under 14.

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
